The Olivo apartments are elegant and modernly furnished. They are equipped with every comfort and the details are created to enhance the comfort of our guests during their stay, to ensure they can relax and enjoy their time here.
The swimming pool was constructed using exposed concrete and has a wooden deck for sunbathing.
The aim was to create a natural oasis that harmonizes well with the environment in which it is immersed.
We also have a 260 m2 garage.
Animals are not allowed.

GENERAL TERMS OF STAY
Check in: from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival
Check out: by 09.30 a.m. on day of departure

Further information
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the flats and for unregistered persons to stay.
- We ask guests to leave the flats tidy on departure: washed dishes, tidy kitchenette.
- A deposit of 250 euro in cash is required on arrival, which will be returned at check out
- Animals not allowed
Booking confirmation
Booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total amount for the stay (minimum 120,00 €).
Cancellation terms
In case of holiday cancellation, deposit will be reimbursed with the following deductions:
- 50% in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the beginning of stay
- 100% in case of cancellation from 30 to 1 days before the beginning of stay
Postponed arrival or early departure DO NOT imply a reduction of the agreed price.
