All apartments are independent and have a personal outdoor terrace or veranda with furniture for open-air dining.
The seaside can be reached within a few minutes of walking. We are situated 400 meters from the new cable car that takes you to the peak of Monte Baldo for beautiful excursions and bike rides downhill. There is a fantastic sailing center positioned 3 km away and is easily reachable via a cycling path.
We offer private parking, a sheltered space to store bicycles and windsurfs, a barbecue spot and an open -air swimming pool.
Every apartment has satellite television.

GENERAL TERMS OF STAY
Check in: from 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival
Check out: by 09.30 a.m. on day of departure

Booking confirmation
Booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 20% of the total amount for the stay (minimum 120,00 €).
Cancellation terms
In case of holiday cancellation, deposit will be reimbursed with the following deductions:
- 50% in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the beginning of stay
- 100% in case of cancellation from 30 to 1 days before the beginning of stay
Postponed arrival or early departure DO NOT imply a reduction of the agreed price.
